Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the job application service at trystaff.ai (the "Service"), operated by Staff AI ("Staff", "we", "us"). By uploading a resume or paying for a campaign you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

You upload a resume and answer a few questions. We build a profile from them, match it against job postings published on employer career sites, and, during a paid campaign, fill out and submit application forms for those jobs in your name. Applications use an email address we create for you on applicants.trystaff.ai. We sort what employers send to it, forward what needs you to your own email, and keep a record of each application.

We are not an employment agency or recruiter. We do not place you in a job, negotiate on your behalf, or guarantee a job offer. Employers decide whom to contact and hire. The money back guarantee for paid plans is described in section 5.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is offered for jobs in the United States.

3. Your authorization

By starting a campaign you authorize us, as your agent, to:

• submit job applications in your name using your resume, profile and answers;
• accept the privacy notices, consents and acknowledgements an application form requires in order to apply;
• agree to arbitration agreements in application forms only if you turned that permission on; otherwise we skip those jobs;
• decline voluntary demographic questions unless you choose otherwise;
• create an application email address in your name, put it and your phone number on the resume we generate from your profile, read what employers send to it, enter verification codes, and send your replies from it.

You can pause a campaign from your dashboard at any time.

4. Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume, profile and answers, including work authorization, education, experience and salary expectations. Employers will rely on them. Do not provide information that is false or that you are not entitled to share. We do not add experience, skills or credentials you did not give us. When a form asks something we cannot answer from your information, we ask you.

5. Plans, fees and refunds

New users receive a 3-Day Trial with 72 hours of unlimited applications. There is no signup countdown or deadline to claim it. The trial starts when they complete Stripe Checkout with a card. No subscription charge is due today. The trial is available once per eligible account and email address and does not restart when paused. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the saved card is charged the price shown at Checkout and the subscription renews monthly. No first-month discount is automatically added. Previously agreed subscription discounts remain unchanged. Existing application-based and no-card timed trials keep their originally granted terms. Staff AI costs $99.99 per month for unlimited applications and full access. The subscription renews monthly through Stripe until canceled.

New subscribers using trystaff.ai/nathan or code NATHAN receive three days (72 hours) of unlimited applications and full access without a card. The offer starts when their search is first set up or the code is applied to an eligible account. It is available once per account and email address, does not restart when paused or canceled, and does not renew or charge automatically. Applications stop at the saved trial deadline unless the user separately purchases a subscription. Previously granted trials keep their saved end dates, and previously started card-backed trials retain their agreed billing terms.

Staff AI includes unlimited applications while the subscription is active, with no daily or lifetime application quota. Applications and processing speed depend on matching postings, complete answers, employer sites, and worker availability, with at most 3 applications per company.

Chat with Staff is unlimited for every account, including after the trial ends. A paid subscription is not required for chat.

Refer three distinct new users who complete trial signup with a payment method to earn one free month (30 days) of Staff AI. One reward per account; self-referrals and duplicate email addresses do not count. Claim your reward in Referrals. For an active subscription, it adds 30 days after the current paid or trial period without a charge today. Otherwise, complete Checkout with a card to start the free month. Regular monthly billing resumes afterward unless canceled. Friends receive the same free account, trial offer and monthly price as other new users, with no referral discount. Existing subscription prices remain unchanged. Links and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold.

Cancel your card-backed trial in Settings → Billing and confirm in Stripe before it ends to avoid a charge; access remains through the trial end. Existing no-card trials can be ended immediately there. To stop paid subscription renewal, choose Cancel subscription there and confirm in Stripe; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Pausing applications does not pause billing. Contact us with refund requests. Existing one time credit purchases keep their original allowance and refund terms for unused credits; they do not automatically become subscriptions.

An interview within a month, or your money back. For this guarantee, an employer invitation to an interview, phone screen, or next step in the hiring process counts. Application receipt confirmations and general job alerts do not count. If you do not receive any such invitation within your first paid month of Staff AI, we will refund that first month's subscription payment. Contact spencer@trystaff.ai to request the refund.

6. Third party sites

Applications go through employers' career sites and the hiring software they use, which have their own terms and privacy policies. Those sites may change, block automated submissions, close postings or reject applications. We are not responsible for their content, availability or decisions.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to apply on behalf of someone else, to submit false or misleading applications, to harass employers, or to interfere with the Service or the sites it uses. We may suspend a campaign that does.

8. Your account and application address

Access to your dashboard is by a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that address secure. Your application address exists for your job search: we forward interviews, next steps and messages from people to you, and log confirmations and rejections on your dashboard. Only you can send through it, by replying to a forwarded email. You can ask us to close it at any time.

9. Ownership

Your resume, profile and answers remain yours. You give us permission to use them to provide the Service as described in these terms and in our Privacy Policy. The Service itself, including its software and design, belongs to Staff.

10. Disclaimers

Except for the money back guarantee in section 5, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not warrant that any application will be received, read or answered.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Staff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost wages, opportunities or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end the Service for you if you breach these terms. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a campaign you already paid for unless you agree.
